Competitive research and task analysis provided us with the information we needed to build an MVP with the core features that were valuable to customers—features that replaced tasks that were previously done offline or with ill-suited technology.

We designed the desktop and mobile user experiences for a group that is not business application-savvy, is often interrupted, and require data input that can be conducted on-the-fly.

We are testing the product with actual users to ensure we are meeting their needs and aligning with their behaviors—as well as carefully crafting new features that will solve their day-to-day challenges.
